This is the THE PLACE if ur looking for peace!! Beautiful and serene. It's a huge property with big rooms. Great rooms with lovely view and good service. Has a big rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi. They provide homely food, but the food was very tasty.

This is a fantastic property to spend time with family and friends, located in lush green surrounding. Host help to manage all the things appropriately and was a great help. Rooms are very well maintained. It has a large swimming pool to chill. Food is served according to your recommendations and was awesome.

After taking the exit of expressway at Khandala you have to take the Old Mumbai Pune Highway - NH 4 towards Pune, before crossing over to Lonavla theres a railway crossing. The property is 2 kms away from the railway crossing. The drive from the Mumbai airport to the villa is approx. 120 kms (drive time of approx. 2 hours) and from Pune airport to the villa is approx. 60 kms (drive time of approx. 1 hour).
Yes, all our homes are child friendly. There is lots of space to run around and many indoor activities that will keep children occupied. We at ShavyStays value you and make sure you 'Take only Memories' while staying at our curated villas. Parents are advised to be cautious with kids when they are running around the swimming pool or terrace area of the villa.

ShavyStays Abode villa is a huge villa located in Old Khandala with magnificent views of the nearby mountains. A 4 bedroom mansion that has been tastefully decorated.

This private rooftop pool villa with jacuzzi is surrounded by greenery on all sides. Our guests are pampered with delicious food and serene views.

Meals

Meal charges: Rs.1200 for veg and Rs.1400 for non-veg per person per day. (Fixed menu)
You will be provided with lunch, high tea with snacks, dinner and breakfast.
We also provide custom preparations according to your requirement.
BBQ, Bonfire and Hookah also available on request. Please ask for pricing at time of booking.

Children under 5 eat and stay absolutely free.

We provide our guests with tasty meals prepared by our expert chefs using local ingredients.
Meal and any other preferences need to be conveyed to us at the time of booking the villa.

Policies

House Rules

Check-in 1.00 PM / Check-out - 11.00 AM

Please check the complete Terms and conditions on this website. Government ID required of all guests to check in ( Pan card not valid ). We accept only Aadhaar card, Driving license and passport.

50% advance payment to be paid immediately to confirm booking. Balance amount to be paid at the time of check in.

Drinks and Eatable items are not allowed in the pool. Outdoor music allowed till 10.00 pm only. After 10.00 pm music allowed indoors with low sound.

Pool Timings - 8.00 am to 9.00 pm. The pool is unguarded. There is no life guard on site. All children below 10 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times while entering the pool.

Cancellation policy

Cancel before 30 days of check in by 1 PM receive full refund. Cancel less than 30 days of check in by 1 PM receive no refund.

Security Deposit

Security deposit of ₹ 5000 will be charged additional at check- in.

The deposit is fully refundable and will be returned at checkout after inspection of property subject to any damage to the villa.

For guests with pets the security deposit amount is ₹ 10,000.
