Yes, all our homes are child friendly. There is lots of space to run around and many indoor activities that will keep children occupied. Meals

Meal charges: Rs.1200 for veg and Rs.1400 for non-veg per person per day. (Fixed menu) You will be provided with lunch, high tea with snacks, dinner and breakfast. We also provide custom preparations according to your requirement. BBQ, Bonfire and Hookah also available on request. Please ask for pricing at time of booking. Children under 5 eat and stay absolutely free. We provide our guests with tasty meals prepared by our expert chefs using local ingredients. Meal and any other preferences need to be conveyed to us at the time of booking the villa.

House Rules

Check-in 1.00 PM / Check-out - 11.00 AM

Please check the complete Terms and conditions on this website. Government ID required of all guests to check in ( Pan card not valid ). We accept only Aadhaar card, Driving license and passport.

50% advance payment to be paid immediately to confirm booking. Balance amount to be paid at the time of check in.

Drinks and Eatable items are not allowed in the pool. Outdoor music allowed till 10.00 pm only. After 10.00 pm music allowed indoors with low sound.

Pool Timings - 8.00 am to 9.00 pm. The pool is unguarded. There is no life guard on site.

All children below 10 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times while entering the pool.

Cancellation policy

Cancel before 30 days of check in by 1 PM receive full refund.

Cancel less than 30 days of check in by 1 PM receive no refund.

Security Deposit

Security deposit of ₹ 5000 will be charged additional at check- in.

The deposit is fully refundable and will be returned at checkout after inspection of property subject to any damage to the villa.

For guests with pets the security deposit amount is ₹ 10,000.
