Eight of us stayed at the Dreams Villa, in November and had a fabulous experience.Serene location , away from the hustle bustle of tourist traffic.The view from all the rooms is simply stunning. Ambiance of the place is lovely with very soothing atmosphere. The place is tastefully done up with attention to detail for comfort and safety of the guests.The food prepared by staff in hygienic surroundings is tasty and sumptuous.The staff is friendly,courteous and helpful.We had a wonderful stay ||A great family- friendly place worth visiting again.

Perfect location to hangout in Pawna with Family or Friends. Location is big plus point having awsum valley view just in backyard. Hospitality is at the best, food here will give you a very Homely feeling. Will wish to visit in Mansoon season also here. It will be heaven to stay in rainy season.

Yes, all our homes are child friendly. There is lots of space to run around and many indoor activities that will keep children occupied. We at ShavyStays value you and make sure you 'Take only Memories' while staying at our curated villas. Parents are advised to be cautious with kids when they are running around the swimming pool or terrace area of the villa.

ShavyStays Dreams villa is a huge villa located in Pawna lake with magnificent views of the nearby hills from the very well maintained lawn. A 8 bedroom property which will leave you mesmerised by the breakthtaking views of the Pawna lake and hills. The road to reach the villa is through a 1 km off road adventure. When you reach the property its beauty stuns you. The private swimming pool is huge and surrounded by greenery on all sides. Our guests are pampered with delicious food and serene views which leaves them spellbound.

Meals

Meal charges: Rs.1200 for veg and Rs.1400 for non-veg per person per day. (Fixed menu) You will be provided with lunch, high tea with snacks, dinner and breakfast. We also provide custom preparations according to your requirement. BBQ, Bonfire and Hookah also available on request. Please ask for pricing at time of booking. Children under 5 eat and stay absolutely free. We provide our guests with tasty meals prepared by our expert chefs using local ingredients. Meal and any other preferences need to be conveyed to us at the time of booking the villa.

Check-in 1.00 PM / Check-out - 11.00 AM

Please check the complete Terms and conditions on this website. Government ID required of all guests to check in ( Pan card not valid ). We accept only Aadhaar card, Driving license and passport. 50% advance payment to be paid immediately to confirm booking. Balance amount to be paid at the time of check in. Drinks and Eatable items are not allowed in the pool. Outdoor music allowed till 10.00 pm only. After 10.00 pm music allowed indoors with low sound. Pool Timings - 8.00 am to 9.00 pm. The pool is unguarded. There is no life guard on site. All children below 10 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times while entering the pool. Cancellation policy Cancel before 30 days of check in by 1 PM receive full refund. Cancel less than 30 days of check in by 1 PM receive no refund. Security Deposit Security deposit of ₹ 5000 will be charged additional at check- in. The deposit is fully refundable and will be returned at checkout after inspection of property subject to any damage to the villa. For guests with pets the security deposit amount is ₹ 10,000.
