Aoyama Villa – Niseko

Aoyama Villa — Blue Mountain Lodge — is a four-bedroom chalet just outside the Hirafu Village centre, with a tatami room that works as a yoga space, meditation room, or flexible sleeping area.

Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and capacity for eight guests. The chalet is built on two storeys with sleek birchwood flooring and minimalist Japanese design elements. Full-height windows frame unobstructed views of Mount Yotei. A heated dry room keeps ski equipment separate from living spaces, and double carports provide covered parking. The open-plan lounge has designer sofas, a sunken kitchen island with bar seating, and the raised tatami room just off the main living area.

Location and Neighborhood

Hirafu, in Niseko — just outside the main village centre, in a boutique residential enclave. Grand Hirafu Ski Resort is a short drive. Niseko Village Ski Resort is 2.6 km away, and the Niseko Annupuri Gondola is 4.8 km. Hirafu Station is 2.3 km. Kutchan Town is nearby for groceries and restaurants. Hokkaido Lion Adventure, for outdoor activities, is 9 minutes away.

Best For

Families or groups of up to eight who want the Niseko ski experience with a tatami room and covered parking. The four-bedroom layout works well for two families travelling together, or a group of friends. The tatami room is a distinctive feature that sets Aoyama apart from standard alpine chalets. For a chalet actually in Hirafu Village itself, Ajisai Chalet sleeps six with three bedrooms.
