Villa Praison – Phuket

Villa Praison sits on a clifftop above Phuket's northwest coast — a five-bedroom villa built for families, with a dedicated children's dormitory and a 12.5-metre infinity pool that looks like it disappears into the surrounding forest.

Five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and capacity for eight adults and eight children — one of the few Phuket villas designed specifically for multi-generational groups. The villa is split across two levels. The upper level holds the master suite and a formal living room with high ceilings and sliding glass walls on three sides. The lower level opens onto the pool deck, with three guest bedrooms, a games room, and a shaded outdoor sala. A private chef, villa manager, and housekeeping team are all included.

The Villa

Five air-conditioned bedrooms across two levels. The upper-level master suite has a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite with dual vanity and bathtub. Three lower-level guest bedrooms open directly to the pool terrace. The fifth bedroom is a dedicated children's dormitory with four bunk beds, sleeping up to eight kids. Indoor dining seats twelve; outdoor dining seats six. A games room with a snooker table, Apple TV, and board games anchors the lower level. A 12.5 x 6-metre infinity pool sits at the property's edge, with a shaded sala and sun loungers alongside.

Location and Neighborhood

Layan, on Phuket's northwest coast — the quiet, residential side of the island, near the Trisara resort and Sirinat National Park. Banana Beach is 300 metres from the villa, a 2-minute walk. Phuket International Airport (HKT) is roughly 10 km away, a 15-20 minute drive. Layan Beach and Bang Tao Beach are both within a short drive, as are the Laguna Phuket golf courses and Boat Avenue Mall. Phuket's Old Town is 25 km south. The villa sits in a gated estate, which gives it both privacy and security.

Best For

Families with children of mixed ages, or multi-generational groups who want a villa that works for both adults and kids. The dedicated bunk room and games room make Praison stand out from the standard Phuket rental — most villas cater to adult groups, not families. The clifftop position gives guests privacy without isolating them from Layan and Bang Tao. For a similarly scaled family-focused villa on the same stretch of coast, Villa Amarisa sleeps fourteen with five bedrooms in the Cape Amarin Estate.
