Villa Overview
Villa Verde is a four-bedroom North Goa property on the Anjuna-Assagao border — a villa for guests who want to be in Goa without the touristy chaos.
Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and capacity for up to ten guests. The villa opens into an expansive courtyard with a private pool, framed by refurbished antiques and a lion-shaped water spout built into the pool. The courtyard is wide enough to host a yoga retreat, and the covered gazebo and sunbeds offer shade for guests who prefer to stay dry. Chevron tiles and design details run through the interiors, giving the villa a distinct character among North Goa rentals.
The Villa
Four air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, all individually styled. The main living areas open onto the courtyard and pool deck. The villa is set up for both quiet stays and pool parties — the courtyard can host a full yoga retreat or evening gathering. Breakfast is included in the rate. Lunch, high tea, and dinner can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Chef service is available on request.
Location and Neighborhood
On the Anjuna-Assagao border in North Goa — the leafy, quieter side of Goa's northern beaches, with Portuguese-era mansions, cafes, and boutiques in Assagao and the Anjuna flea market and beach nearby. Anjuna Beach is 2.5 km. Assagao Market is 1 km. Mapusa Town is 8 km for the Friday market. Goa International Airport (GOI) is roughly 50 minutes by car. Thalassa and other well-known restaurants are a short drive away.
Best For
Families or a group of up to ten who want a North Goa villa with a private pool and real design character. Verde suits guests who want to be near Anjuna and Assagao without staying in the busiest parts of Goa. The courtyard setup works especially well for yoga retreats or small group celebrations.
