Villa Ananda – Phuket

Villa Ananda is one of the beachfront villas at the Jivana Beach Villas estate on Natai Beach — 5 minutes from the sand, 25 minutes from Phuket International Airport, on the same quiet stretch of Andaman coastline as Natai's best-known private estates.

Seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and capacity for up to sixteen guests. The villa sits 10 metres from Natai's white sand, with a private swimming pool set between the villa and the beach. Four hundred thread count Egyptian linen, ensuite bathrooms with rainfall showers, and individual AC controls in every bedroom are standard. A dedicated live-in caretaker is on-site 24/7, and daily housekeeping and morning turndown are included.

The Villa

Seven air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, each with a private balcony or direct pool access. The main living pavilion opens onto the pool deck and garden. The pool is 100% private and cleaned daily, with sun loungers, a shaded cabana, and night lighting through the garden. A fully equipped kitchen and both indoor and outdoor terrace dining areas make the villa practical for group meals.

Location and Neighborhood

Natai Beach, in Phang Nga province just north of Phuket — the quiet, exclusive stretch of Andaman coastline often called the Hamptons of Southeast Asia. Phuket International Airport (HKT) is 25 km south, roughly a 30-minute drive. Natai Beach itself is 5 minutes from the villa. Phuket Yacht Haven, for yacht charters to the Similan Islands and Phang Nga Bay, is within a short drive. The beach in front of the villa is calm enough for swimming most of the year.

Large families or groups of up to sixteen who want a beachfront villa on Natai's quieter stretch. Ananda suits guests who plan to combine beach time, pool time, and meals prepared by the villa's chef. The seven-bedroom layout works well for multi-generational trips or several families travelling together.
