Baan Kularb – Koh Samui

Baan Kularb is a four-bedroom beachfront villa on Bophut Beach, built as the mirror property to Baan Leelawadee next door — same layout, same beach, same walk-to-dinner convenience.

Four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a private pool positioned between the villa and the sand. The name Kularb means "rose" in Thai, a reference to the pink-flowering shrubs in the garden. The villa's main living and dining pavilions open directly onto the pool deck, and Fisherman's Village — the island's best restaurant strip — is 2.8 km along the beach road. Both Kularb and Leelawadee can be booked together for groups of up to sixteen.

The Villa

Four air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, all opening onto the pool deck or a garden terrace. The main living and dining pavilion seats eight, with an outdoor dining sala alongside. Daily housekeeping is included, and a private chef is available — guests pay only the grocery cost plus 7% VAT.

Location and Neighborhood

Bophut, on the north coast — the pedestrian-friendly side of Koh Samui. Fisherman's Village is 2.8 km for restaurants, bars, and the Friday walking street. Santiburi Golf Course is 7.1 km, and Big Buddha Temple is 7.6 km. Samui International Airport is a 15-minute drive, which makes Kularb practical for weekend trips from Bangkok, Singapore, or Hong Kong.

Best For

Families with children, or two couples who want a beachfront villa in the most convenient part of the island. The villa's sister property next door — Baan Leelawadee — has the same four-bedroom layout, so the two can be booked together for larger groups that want separate houses on the same beach.
