The Headland Villa 4 – Koh Samui

The Headland Villa 4 is the smallest of the four Headland residences on Taling Ngam's west-facing hillside, which makes it the easiest to fill and the hardest to leave.

Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a private infinity pool that looks west across the Gulf of Thailand toward the Five Islands. The villa sits 160 metres from the InterContinental Samui, which means Air Bar — one of the island's best sunset spots — is a two-minute walk downhill. The layout is open-plan, with the living pavilion flowing onto the pool deck and a shaded dining sala alongside.

The Villa

Three air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, all with sea views. The main living area opens fully to the pool deck, and the villa comes with a villa manager, daily housekeeping, and an on-call chef available at an additional cost. Air Bar at the InterContinental is 160 m away. Pada Thai Restaurant is 300 m, Purple Padel Samui is 500 m, and I-Talay Restaurant is 650 m — all within easy walking distance.

Location and Neighborhood

Taling Ngam, on the quiet southwest coast — the same stretch as the island's best-known sunset venues. The InterContinental Samui Baan Taling Ngam Resort is 160 m away, which gives guests access to its restaurants and spa on a walk-in basis. Lipa Noi Beach is 3.5 km north, and Thong Krut Pier — where longtail boats leave for the southern islands — is 6.8 km away. Samui International Airport is roughly a 45-minute drive.

Best For

Small families or two couples who want a villa within walking distance of restaurants and a resort, without paying resort prices. The size makes it easy to fill, and the west-facing aspect means sunsets are the main event. For a larger group on the same hillside, The Headland Villa 2 sleeps eight with a fourth bedroom.
