Ban Sairee – Koh Samui

Ban Sairee is a nine-bedroom estate spread across three acres of beachfront gardens — the kind of property that hosts weddings, milestone birthdays, and multi-family reunions without anyone feeling crowded.

The villa is built in the Ayutthaya style, with five distinct residences scattered across the grounds: a main house, a honeymoon suite, and two converted antique rice barns. A flood-lit tennis court, yoga deck, sunken trampoline, and a watersports pavilion with kayaks and paddleboards sit alongside the 20-metre pool. The beach is directly accessible from the estate, and the water is calm enough for swimming year-round.

The Villa

Nine air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms across five buildings, giving groups genuine privacy between sleeping quarters. The main house has two master suites, each interconnected with a kids' bunk room, plus additional twin bedrooms. The Sairee Suite is a standalone honeymoon-style pavilion with a four-poster bed. The two converted rice barns — Big Barn and Small Barn — each have their own access to the beach. A media room, yoga sala, and outdoor massage cabana complete the estate.

Location and Neighborhood

Laem Sor, on the southern coast — a quiet, residential stretch of beach with the Laem Sor Pagoda nearby. Na Mueang-1 Waterfall is 7.7 km inland. Lamai Beach is 13 km north. Central Festival Samui, the island's main shopping centre, is 23.8 km away. Samui International Airport is roughly a 45-minute drive.

Best For

Large groups of up to sixteen, or two to three families who want to share a property without sharing walls. The estate's layout makes it work for weddings and celebrations, and the tennis court and watersports equipment keep active groups busy. For a smaller beachfront estate on the same coastline, Ban Mekkala sleeps fourteen with its own T-shaped pool.
