Avasara Residence faces east across Bophut Hills, which means you wake up to sunrise over the Gulf of Thailand without leaving your pillow.
Five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a 20-metre infinity pool that runs the length of the property. The layout is designed around the water — a covered sala for poolside meals, sunken bar stools half-submerged at the pool's edge, and daybeds positioned to catch the afternoon breeze. It is one of five residences at Panacea Retreat, and it shares the estate's staff, central kitchen, and 24-hour security with its neighbours.
The Villa
Each of the five bedrooms is en-suite and air-conditioned, with direct access to the pool deck or a private terrace. The main pavilion opens onto the pool, and the dining sala seats ten. The pool itself — 20 metres long, three metres deep at the far end — is the villa's central feature. A second sunken bar at the shallow end makes it easy to stay in the water through lunch.
Location and Neighborhood
Fisherman's Village and Bophut Beach are 3 km downhill — a five-minute drive to the island's best restaurant strip. Mae Nam and Bang Rak Beaches are 6 km in either direction. Big Buddha Temple and Santiburi Golf Course are both 7 km away. Samui International Airport (USM) is a 15-minute drive, which makes Avasara practical for weekend trips from Bangkok or Singapore.

Two families travelling together, or a group of friends who want equal bedrooms and shared spaces that actually fit everyone. The five-bedroom layout works well for multi-generational trips where grandparents want a quieter corner and teenagers want the pool.
