Ban Suriya – Koh Samui

Ban Suriya is a six-bedroom beachfront villa on Lipa Noi's west coast — the same sunset-facing stretch as Baan Kilee and Baan Samlarn, but at a slightly more intimate scale.

Six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a private pool set 10 metres from the sand. The villa is designed to give a group of up to twelve genuine room to spread out — the living and dining pavilions are open-plan, and the pool deck runs the length of the property. Nikki Beach Club, one of the island's best-known beach venues, is 1.6 km along the sand for guests who want a night out.

The Villa

Six air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, each opening onto the pool deck or a garden terrace. The main living and dining pavilion seats twelve, with a second shaded sala in the garden. Daily housekeeping is included, and a private chef is available — guests pay only the grocery cost plus 7% VAT. The pool sits between the villa and the beach, giving guests direct access to both.

Location and Neighborhood

Lipa Noi, on the west coast — the sunset side of Koh Samui, with calm water and a residential feel. Nikki Beach Club is 1.6 km along the beach. Lat Wanon Waterfall is 3.8 km inland, for a quiet day trip. Lamai Beach and its restaurant strip are 17.1 km south. Samui International Airport is roughly a 45-minute drive.

Large families or groups of up to twelve who want a beachfront villa with genuine space per guest. The Lipa Noi location suits guests who value quiet over nightlife, without giving up access to Nikki Beach Club. For a larger estate on the same coast, Baan Kilee sleeps sixteen with eight bedrooms and a dedicated kids' pool.
