The villa is spread across three storeys, with four king bedrooms and one twin room, each en-suite with private balconies and outdoor seating. Four master bedrooms have their own pantry and personal safe. The villa is fully staffed — a villa manager, housekeepers, and a private chef. The Villa

Five air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, all with private balconies and outdoor seating. The main living area opens fully to the pool terrace through floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. A 16-metre saltwater infinity pool anchors the outdoor space, complete with a swim-up bar and outdoor fridge. Indoor dining seats ten; alfresco dining seats six. Entertainment includes a 65-inch Smart TV with streaming services and a Sonos sound system. Kayaks and paddleboards are available for guest use.

Laem Samrong Beach, on Koh Samui's northern coast near Bophut — the exclusive oceanfront community that puts Villa Maliya within walking distance of the Six Senses Samui resort and its restaurants. Samui International Airport is approximately 6 km away, roughly a 20-minute drive. Fisherman's Village and Bangrak Pier are within a 10-minute drive. Chaweng Beach is 6.6 km south, and Lamai Beach is 16.4 km. The villa has private access to Laem Samrong beach, and the area is quiet and residential.

Know Before You Go
