The Headland Villa 1 – Koh Samui

The Headland Villa 1 is the smallest of the four Headland residences on Taling Ngam's west coast — a two-bedroom villa that gives you the same sunset, the same beachfront position, and the same walk-to-the-resort convenience as its larger siblings.

Two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a private pool set 20 metres from the sand. The villa is designed for a couple or a small family who want the Headland experience without paying for space they won't use. The InterContinental Samui Baan Taling Ngam Resort is 210 metres along the beach — you can walk over for dinner at the resort's restaurants or sunset drinks at the Air Bar.

The Villa

Two air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, both with sea views. The main living pavilion opens onto the pool deck and the beach beyond. Daily housekeeping is included, and a chef is available at an additional cost. The two-bedroom configuration makes this the easiest Headland villa to fill, and the most private for a couple.

Location and Neighborhood

Taling Ngam, on the southwest coast — the west-facing side of Koh Samui where sunsets are visible from the villa every evening. The InterContinental Samui Baan Taling Ngam Resort is 210 metres away, and Lipa Noi Beach is 5.2 km north. The Dog and Cat Rescue Samui Foundation is 2.8 km inland, for guests who want to visit. Samui International Airport is roughly a 45-minute drive.

Best For

Couples, honeymooners, or a small family who want a beachfront villa on the quiet side of the island. The two-bedroom layout works particularly well for guests who want the Headland address without a group. For a larger group on the same beach, The Headland Villa 3 sleeps six with a third bedroom.
