The Headland Villa 3 – Koh Samui

The Headland Villa 3 is the closest of the Headland residences to the sand, sitting 20 metres from the water on Taling Ngam's west-facing beach.

Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a private pool positioned between the villa and the beach. The configuration is designed for small groups — a family with children, or two couples travelling together — with equal-sized bedrooms and a shared living pavilion that opens fully to the pool deck. The villa is close enough to the InterContinental Samui that guests can walk along the beach to the resort's restaurants.

The Villa

Three air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, all with direct access to the pool deck or a garden terrace. The main living and dining pavilion seats six comfortably and opens onto the pool area. Daily housekeeping is included, and a chef is available at an additional charge. The beach is a 20-metre walk from the villa's gate.

Location and Neighborhood

Taling Ngam, on the southwest coast — the west-facing side of Koh Samui, which means sunsets are visible from the villa every evening. The InterContinental Samui Baan Taling Ngam Resort is 210 metres away. The Dog and Cat Rescue Samui Foundation is 2.8 km inland, for guests who want to visit. Lipa Noi Beach is 5.2 km north. Samui International Airport is roughly a 45-minute drive.

Best For

Families with young children, or two couples who want a beachfront villa at a smaller scale than the neighboring Headland properties. The three-bedroom layout works well for guests who don't want empty rooms. For a larger group on the same beach, The Headland Villa 2 sleeps eight with a fourth bedroom.
