The Villa

Five air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, all opening onto the pool deck or a garden terrace. The main living and dining pavilion seats ten comfortably. Daily housekeeping is included, and a private chef is available — guests pay only the grocery cost plus 7% VAT. The pool sits between the villa and the beach, giving guests the option to swim in either.

Location and Neighborhood

Lipa Noi, on the west coast — the quietest beach on the island and the one most associated with sunsets. Namuang Waterfall 1 is 9.1 km inland, for a day trip. Lamai Beach is 16.6 km south for restaurants and nightlife. Santiburi Golf Course is 23 km away. Samui International Airport is roughly a 45-minute drive.

Families with young children, or two to three couples who want direct beach access with calm water. The Lipa Noi location suits guests who value quiet over nightlife. The villa's twin configuration with Baan Chang next door means both can be booked together for groups of up to twenty.
