The Villa

Four air-conditioned bedrooms, all en-suite. The main living area is open-plan, with room for group dining and evening activities. The pool is set in the garden. Location and Neighborhood

Old Khandala, on the Mumbai-Pune highway — 90 minutes from Mumbai and 60 from Pune. Della Adventure Park is 12 minutes for zip-lining and adventure activities. Khandala Ghat View Point is 10 minutes. Tiger Point is 35 minutes. Mapro Garden is 20 minutes for lunch and strawberry season. Lonavala Railway Station is a short drive for arrivals by train.

Best For

Groups of up to eighteen — bachelor parties, milestone birthdays, or extended family weekends. Haven is one of the larger villas in Khandala by guest capacity, which makes it a practical fit for groups that would otherwise need to split across properties.
