The Headland Villa 2 – Koh Samui

The Villa

Four air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, all opening onto the pool deck or a garden terrace. The main living pavilion faces the water, with a dining area for eight and a shaded outdoor sala. Daily housekeeping is included, and a chef is available at an extra cost. The beach is 20 metres from the villa's front gate.

Location and Neighborhood

Taling Ngam, on the southwest coast — the west-facing side of the island, known for sunsets and calm water. The InterContinental Samui Baan Taling Ngam Resort is 210 metres away, and Lipa Noi Beach is a short drive north. Samui Elephant Kingdom is 8.7 km, and Nathan Town — the island's main shopping area — is 10.5 km away. Samui International Airport is roughly a 45-minute drive.

Best For

Families with young children, or two couples who want direct beach access without a resort. The single-level main layout works well for grandparents. The combination of beachfront position and walkable resort access is unusual on the island.
