Villa Haineu sits inside the Dhevatara Cove Estate on Lipa Noi Beach — a fully staffed five-bedroom villa with a 19-metre infinity pool and direct beach access on Koh Samui's quiet west coast.

Five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and capacity for up to eleven guests. The villa is part of the Dhevatara Cove Estate, which gives guests access to a communal fitness centre and sauna alongside the villa's own amenities. Four bedrooms have king beds; the fifth is a twin/king convertible. Many of the en-suite bathrooms have freestanding bathtubs, twin sinks, and some have outdoor showers set in private inner gardens. The Raja Ferry port is 5 minutes away for day trips to Koh Phangan and the mainland.

The Villa

Five air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, each with garden, pool, or sea views. The main living pavilion has high vaulted ceilings and glass doors opening to the pool and ocean beyond. A 19-metre infinity pool with a waterfall feature anchors the outdoor space, and an integrated outdoor jacuzzi sits alongside. Twelve sun loungers and umbrellas line the pool deck, and a beachfront sala offers shaded lounging with panoramic sea views. Entertainment includes a billiard table, table tennis, and badminton net. The villa is fully staffed — a villa manager, housekeepers, 24-hour security, and a private chef. Daily breakfast is included.

Location and Neighborhood

Lipa Noi, on Koh Samui's west coast — the quiet, residential side of the island, known for its sunsets and calm water. Samui International Airport is 29.8 km away, roughly a 54-minute drive. The Raja Ferry and Lipa Noi Pier are 5 minutes from the villa. Nathon Pier is 15 minutes. Lamai and Chaweng — the island's main restaurant and nightlife areas — are a 20–30 minute drive. The beach at Lipa Noi is calm and swimmable, though some sections are rocky.

Best For

Families or a group of up to eleven who want a fully staffed beachfront villa on Samui's quieter side. The five-bedroom layout and dedicated chef make Haineu work for multi-generational trips or several families travelling together. Guests have left reviews naming villa manager Khun Ann and the private chef as the reason they plan to return. The villa's lawns, calm beach, and family-friendly 19-metre pool are well suited to children. Know Before You Go
